• What
is your return policy?
The
LoveWorld Publications & Tapes Store will replace any defective product if
returned within 60 days of purchase. A return form with mailing label is on the
back of the invoice that accompanies your shipment
• Who
do I contact if I have a problem with my order?

• How
long must I wait before I get my order?
Your
order is normally processed the following business day. It is then shipped via
parcel post. While the postal service does not provide a guaranteed delivery
date, you should typically get your order within 3 weeks
• Is
this site secure? Is it safe to give credit card information?
Yes.
The LoveWorld Publications store accepts your personal order information at check
out via Secure Socket Layer and that data is kept on a secure server.
• Is
there a quicker way to receive my shipment?
All
Internet orders are shipped via parcel post, so you should receive it within
3 weeks after placing the order. However, If you wish to have your order shipped
overnight via UPS, you must place your order over the telephone by calling +234
802 332 4188.
• Do
you take Cash On Delivery (C.O.D) orders?
No.
All online Internet orders must be paid in advance with a credit card before
the order is processed.
• How
do I cancel an order?
All
on-line orders are usually shipped onced processed. If you need to cancel an
order, please call our office at +234 802 332 4188 or e-mail us at lwpteu@loveworldmail.org
as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we will cancel the order for
you.
• Can
I have a product gift-wrapped and sent to a friend?
We
do not provide gift-wrapping services for product orders. You can ship a purchase
to someone else's address and specify a message to be included with the invoice
that accompanies the shipment. Tell us your message in the "Payment & Delivery" section
of the online form (right before submitting your order on-line).
• What
if I want to order, but do not wish to use a credit card?
In
addition to placing an order on-line over the Internet, The LoveWorld Publications
Store allows you to create an off-line order form containing the items you wish
to purchase. This form is e-mailed to you and all you have to do is print it
out, fill out the payment and shipping information and either mail it to our
office, fax it, call in to place the order. LoveWorld store would reach you shortly
after your order via e-mail to inform you of the location nearest to you where
you can receive you package.
• How
do I know you have received my on-line order?
You
will receive an e-mail confirmation outlining the items you have purchased shortly
after submitting your order.
