• What Is Bulk Order?
  A distributor’s scheme is basically a scheme designed to encourage and reward prospective customers on bulk orders, with a percentage discount and other incentives.
  Any order for 50 or more copies of the same title, or 100 or more of a variety of the different formats of our ministry materials would be eligible to participate in this scheme.

• What Information is required for you to place a bulk order?
  1. Name, phone number, company/institution
  2. Date when the titles need to arrive
  3. Ship-to address
  4. Ship-to telephone number
  5. Method of payment -- Credit Card. Please provide Credit Card Number and Expiration Date.
  6. Exact Name on the Credit Card
  7. Exact Bill-to address of the Credit Card
  
• What about Shipping to multiple addresses?
  Yes, we do! Please provide addresses and the quantity to be sent to each. (Shipping and Handling fees are applicable.)
  
• What payment options do you accept?
  We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, JCB, Solo, and Switch credit cards.
  
• How Do I receive A Price Quote / Bulk Order Discount?
  To request a Price Quote, please complete the form, and we will respond within 2 business days from receipt of your request.
  Once you receive your Price Quote, if you are interested in affording yourself of the additional Bulk Order discount, the order must be placed through the “Ordering desk” via email at bulkorder@loveworldmail.org.
  
• How long is a price quote valid for?
  Price Quotes are valid for 10 business days. If a Price Quote is accepted after 10 business days, you will receive an Updated Price Quote.
  
• Is Bulk order returnable?
  No. Volume Orders with Bulk Order Scheme are non-returnable.
  
• Does Bulk order charge for shipping and Handling etc?
  Due to the weight and handling of these large orders, there is a Shipping and Handling fee that is included in our quotes.
